He stopped eating and was sleeping in his truck. Maynard walked away from a residence on Frazier Road near Groometown Road on May 10, 2004, and has not been seen since.

Despite an almost one-month, $40,000-search of the landfill, Davidson's body was not found. Five people were arrested and convicted in this case. From court records, Mr. Davidson throat was cut 3x,shot in the little finger and arm,hit 3x with hammer in the knee cap, then shot once in the neck.
